RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returns & Exchange Policy

At MIROH, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item for another product, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and placing a new order online.

Please note the following terms for all returns and exchanges:

  1. Exchange Window:
    Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
    Note: Returns of damaged or soiled items will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  2. Missing Tags on Delivery:
    If your item arrives without tags, please inform our customer care team immediately.

  3. Custom Orders:
    All custom-made or made-to-measure products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  4. Shipping Charges:
    For returns, exchanges, or alterations, shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Return Transit Damage:
    MIROH is not liable for any damage incurred during the return shipment. Please ensure items are packed securely.


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be processed before the order has been dispatched or gone into production. Once an order is processed, we will be unable to cancel it.
